Tim Dillard - Chief Evangelistic Officer

Tim Dillard has a degree from LSU and a Masters from Regent University in Virginia. He has worked with some of America’s largest corporations and ministries for many years, having helped to build the largest home service corporation in America, the largest dog racing company in America, the largest church in America and one of the largest homebuilders in the country – a division of Fortune 200 company, Weyerhauser.

Founder of North Pole Network Television, a mall-based TV network with 8 channels targeting mothers with young children. It has sponsors such as Warner Brothers, SONY, Chik Fil A and can be seen in more than 200 malls in the U.S. He has won more than 150 industry awards for his work and his non-traditional marketing methods have been the subject of study at major American universities.

He is the owner of more than 1000 websites. His brands have been featured in magazines such as Time, Bon Appetit, Newsweek and many others and on TV networks such as CNN, FOX News Channel, CW and CBS. Tim is a noted speaker having spoken to many organizations and clubs around the country including the NCAA and many major Universities such as Rice, Houston, Florida International, University of New Orleans and more. His current topic of interest that has him in demand for speeches is: How the Internet Works for Small Businesses the way it works for Large Businesses.

DR. ROBERT BRECHT
…is Vice President for N-Limgineering at Global IMB.  Dr. Brecht, who has a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky, has been involved with marketing and strategic planning for growth for most of his 35 year career.  Dr. Brecht built the largest biomedical communications department in the world while serving as the Director of Communications at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, a 14,000 employee academic health center.  Dr. Brecht created, from the ground up, the largest telemedicine program in the world for the Texas Department of Corrections while working with AT&T to pioneer telemedicine technology. The program he directed was the first inductee into the Smithsonian Hall of Fame for telemedicine projects. He led the development of a strategic plan for clinical telemedicine for the state of Texas and has consulted around the world on planning and operational issues. For ten years, he had his own consulting company and has worked with healthcare, manufacturing and service companies, including startups, on business planning, marketing and operational issues. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including one of only 11 people in over 60 years to receive the highest award given by the Health Sciences Communications Association for his leadership and efforts in that arena. He is a well-known author and speaker, having published hundreds of articles and given keynote presentations and workshops in North America, Central America, South America, Europe and Asia.

MIKE ALDERFER
is Vice President of Operations.  He is one of the few people who understand the details of execution in just about every facet of branding and technology. His background has included the concert promotion of many top music acts including Clay Walker, ZZ Top, Amy Grant, Journey, Phil Collins, Michael Jackson, R.E.M. and many more.  Mike is intimately acquainted with all the details of execution of video production, animation, editing, graphic design, web design, Search Engine Optimization, HTML programming, PHP programming, MYSQL database programming, Internet marketing and Internet media.  He has won more than 100 awards for his video production, animation, web design and graphic design work over the last 15 years.  This includes a number of prestigious TELLY and ADDY awards.  Mike is responsible for planning the scope of work down to finite details for each project and then assures the delivery of that project through a final, quality control measure which he personally oversees.  His job is deadlines and budgets on every project.  He has assembled a team of in house and free lance talent that includes more than 90 writers, designers, programmers, editors and videographers from around the globe.
